Paragon Burnout Programmer

A burnout cycle runs for hours and requires watching, and this controller takes that job off the caster's hands. The Paragon Touch n Fire II programmable burnout controller is the most popular burnout controller available for professional jewelers and casters. It is built for ease of use: plug a compatible electric burnout furnace directly into the unit, connect the included thermocouple to the kiln chamber, set the kiln control to high, and let the controller manage the entire burnout process automatically.

The controller overrides the kiln's built-in controller and runs either a standard built-in 8-hour burnout program or a fully custom program you define. With six programmable steps, each step is independently configured for temperature, time and ramping speed, which puts every phase of the burnout cycle under precise control. If the thermocouple fails at any point during the process, the controller shuts the oven down automatically to protect the work and the equipment.

It comes in 110V and 240V configurations to match the studio's electrical supply. Paragon makes it in the USA and backs it with a 1-year factory warranty.
