Description

The 3M PSA Diamond Cloth is a pressure-sensitive adhesive wet/dry abrasive disc engineered specifically for working with materials rated harder than 7 on the Mohs scale. Micron-graded diamond particles are bonded to a durable cloth backing using a tough resin bond, delivering consistent, high-performance results on hard gemstones, ceramics, carbide, and similar materials. At 5 inches in diameter and 220 mesh grit, this disc is well suited for intermediate stock removal and surface refinement in lapidary, gem cutting, and precision metalworking applications.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows for quick, secure mounting to compatible PSA platens, minimizing setup time between steps. The wet/dry construction supports use with water or other coolants to extend disc life and improve surface finish quality.
