The Durston 1030 Agile F130mm Flat Rolling Mill delivers professional-grade rolling performance at a more accessible price point. Durston achieved this by employing a thinner frame than the premium DRM 130 series, resulting in a slightly lighter mill—without any compromise in structural integrity or day-to-day durability. A traditional T-bar replaces the heavy cast handwheel for roll opening adjustment, contributing to the weight and cost savings that make the Agile series so competitive.

The flat rolls are induction hardened to 64 HRC to a depth of 6mm, ensuring long-lasting surface hardness that stands up to repeated use with a wide range of metals. The heavy-duty 5-to-1 gearbox—widely regarded as unrivaled in its class—dramatically reduces the effort required to turn the rolls. Behind the protective cover, two specially formed gears work together for exceptionally smooth rolling action. A protective guard around the top gears adds an important safety feature for the working studio environment.
