Silicon Carbide Sanding Bands 3/4" x 1/2" Box of 100

Silicon carbide sanding bands are ideal for deburring, smoothing, and finishing flat or contoured surfaces on a wide range of metals. Suitable for pre-polish work on brass, copper, nickel silver, gold, silver, and other alloys, these bands deliver consistent, reliable results across common jewelry and metalsmithing tasks. Glue bonded construction means these bands will far outlast lapped bands, providing longer service life and better value per box.

Use with rubber drum arbors, which are available separately in a variety of sizes to fit the band diameter. Drum arbors are offered with either a 3/32" or 1/8" diameter shank. These bands measure 3/4" x 1/2" and are sold in boxes of 100. Three grits are available to suit different stages of surface preparation, from aggressive material removal to fine finishing.
