Wide Jaw Bending V-Shape Parallel Pliers

These wide jaw parallel pliers feature one flat jaw and one V-shaped jaw, making them well suited for bending and forming wire and metal stock into sharp, precise angles. The parallel jaw action keeps even pressure across the workpiece throughout the bend, giving you consistent results with each use.

Because the jaws are steel, they can mar soft metals. To protect your work, consider gluing a piece of leather onto each jaw surface, or cover the jaws with a thermoplastic material such as Jett Sett. Either method helps cushion the grip and minimize surface damage when working with fine or finished metals.

At 140mm (5-1/2") in length, these pliers are a comfortable bench size for everyday forming tasks. Integrated springs keep the jaws open between squeezes, reducing hand fatigue during repetitive work. Well constructed and a strong value for the working bench.
