Badeco 437 Quick Change 3/32" Handpiece with USA QD Connection (No Duplex Spring)

The Badeco 437 is a premium twist-turn quick change handpiece designed for flex shaft use, featuring a fixed 3/32" collet for tools with 3/32" (2.38mm) diameter shanks. Quick change handpieces eliminate the need for a chuck key, allowing fast bur swaps with a simple two-handed twist of the handpiece body to open or close the collet.

Originally imported by Otto Frei from Badeco of Switzerland over 25 years ago, the Badeco 437 is widely regarded as the most rugged and well-built quick change handpiece available for flex shaft use — and also the most premium-priced. Following Otto Frei's recent agreement with Badeco of Switzerland to serve as their primary North American distributor, the Badeco 437 is once again available in the United States. This version has been converted with USA standard QD connections for direct compatibility with American flex shaft equipment.

The fit, finish, and mechanical precision of the Badeco 437 are truly exceptional — every component comes together with the tight tolerances expected of a fine Swiss mechanical instrument. Badeco recommends using Busch brand 3/32" diameter shank burs in all Badeco handpieces equipped with 3/32" collets.
