Glardon-Vallorbe ceramic fiber files offer precise finishing and polishing capability in hard-to-reach areas. These square sticks of graded ceramic material measure 1mm x 1mm x 100mm and are available in 10 grits ranging from XXCoarse to XXXFine, allowing you to tailor your approach from aggressive material removal to ultra-refined surface polishing.

Use them full-length by hand, or break them to size to create small custom tools compatible with the Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing/filing handpiece for flex shaft use or the Badeco 4LC100 for use with a Badeco micromotor system. The ceramic fiber material can also be shaped using diamond dressing stones or wheels to a fine point, making these files well-suited for accessing narrow recesses, undercuts, and tight design details.
