Glardon-Vallorbe Oval Needle Files are Swiss-made precision instruments trusted as the world's standard for quality and performance. These oval-shaped files taper gradually to a rounded point, with all sides cut and usable to the tip. The oval cross-section and double radius make them ideal for filing interior curved surfaces and working at the junction of two curved surfaces — tasks that demand both precision and control.
Manufactured to exacting production standards using a combination of machine cutting and hand craftsmanship, these files are made from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel. The result is superior accuracy, exceptional cutting performance, and long-lasting durability across all metals. Needle file lengths are measured from tip to tip, including the handle. Cut grade is measured from the point where the teeth begin to the end of the file.
Available in two lengths and three cuts — Coarse (0), Medium (2), and Fine (4). Remember: the higher the cut number, the finer the file.
