Quatro AA433P-A32-20 ASV Arm Ready With Stand

The Quatro AA433P-A32-20 ASV (Auto Start/Stop Valve) with integrated support stand is designed to control airflow and remotely start and stop a compatible Quatro dust collector at individual workstations. This unit is Arm Ready, accepting 3" diameter front accessories, and features a 3" diameter rear connection for hose and suction system hookup. The integrated stand clamps or bolts directly to a workbench for stable, hands-free positioning.

The ASV functions as a power switch for compatible Quatro systems. Opening the slide gate activates the dust collector; closing all gates shuts it off. ASV accessories are designed to work in series across two or more workstations, ensuring suction power is directed to the active workstation while idle stations remain closed. The dust collector stays on as long as at least one valve is open.

Each ASV unit includes a 20-foot cord terminating in two loose wires — one red, one black. When connecting multiple ASV units, all red wires join together and all black wires join together. These wire bundles then connect to a Quatro AE750 ASV Connector Cable (not included — must be purchased separately; one required per installation). The AE750 plugs into the 9-pin port found on compatible Quatro dust collectors.

ASV collar combinations can be special ordered. This unit features a 3" front and 3" rear collar. Other combinations using 1-1/2", 2", and 3" diameters are available — contact Otto Frei for custom configurations.

Note: ASV gates must be manually opened and closed by the operator. Position ASV-integrated accessories within easy reach of each workstation for convenient use.
