Quatro AA433P-A33-25 AVS Capture Arm With Plexi Nozzle

The Quatro AA433P-A33-25 AVS Capture Arm delivers intelligent airflow control at individual workstations, allowing you to automatically start and stop compatible Quatro dust collection units simply by opening or closing the gate valve. Designed for multi-station bench environments, this system diverts suction from idle workstations to active ones — maximizing collection power exactly where it's needed.

The flexible capture arm extends to 24 inches and supports its own weight, positioning the 8-inch diameter plexi nozzle precisely at the work surface. The integrated Automatic Start/Stop Valve (AVS) acts as a power switch: slide the gate open to activate your dust collector, close it to shut it off. When multiple AVS-equipped stations are connected in series, closing all gates powers down the entire system.

AVS accessories are hard-wired together. Each unit includes a 20-foot cord terminating in two loose wires — one red, one black. When connecting two or more AVS accessories, all red wires connect together and all black wires connect together. These wire bundles then connect to a Quatro AE750 Connector Cable (not included — must be purchased separately), which features a 9-pin plug for compatible Quatro dust collectors equipped with a 9-pin port on the control panel.

This unit features a 3-inch front collar and a 3-inch rear collar. Capture Arm AVS systems always use 3-inch front collars. Custom rear collar configurations using 1‑1/2-inch or 2-inch diameters are available by special order — contact Otto Frei for details.

Note: Gates must be manually opened and closed to activate the AVS switches. Position AVS-integrated accessories within easy reach of the operator for convenient use.
