Quatro AA433R-A33-25 AVS Capture Arm With Round Nozzle

The Quatro AA433R-A33-25 AVS Capture Arm with Round Nozzle is a flexible articulating capture arm integrated with an Automatic Start/Stop Valve (AVS) that acts as a remote power switch for compatible Quatro dust collection systems. Simply slide open the gate on the AVS to start your SolderPure, CollectAll, or other compatible Quatro unit — no separate power switch needed. The arm extends to 24 inches, supports its own weight, and terminates in a 4-inch diameter round nozzle ideal for bench-level dust and fume capture.

AVS accessories are designed to be used in multi-station setups with two or more connections working in series. When one gate is open and another is closed, suction power is maximized at the active workstation. Close all gates and the dust collector shuts off automatically. This intelligent airflow management ensures you get the most suction power exactly where you need it.

Each AVS unit includes a 25-foot cord that terminates with two loose wires (one red, one black). When connecting multiple AVS accessories, all red wires join together and all black wires join together. These wire bundles then connect to the Quatro AE750 AVS Connector Cable (not included — must be purchased separately), which features a 9-pin plug for compatible Quatro dust collectors equipped with a 9-pin port on the Control Panel.

Compatible Quatro units: SP SolderPure, CA CollectAll, PGR SuperFlow, JTB JetStream Brushless, and PS6. Not compatible with GoldVault or JetStream models that are not JTB Brushless.

This unit features a 3-inch front collar and a 3-inch rear collar. Capture Arm AVS systems always use 3-inch front collars. Units with 1½-inch or 2-inch rear collars are available as special orders — please contact us for custom collar combinations.

Note: Gates must be opened and closed manually to activate the AVS switches, so units should be positioned within easy reach of the operator at each workstation.
