Gold Speedwire Laserwire

Speedwire is a revolutionary laser welding wire dispenser that solves the challenge of precisely controlling and placing laser wire. The dispenser comes pre-loaded with specially formulated laser wire in a sealed, see-through compartment at the rear. Simply move the rollers forward with your fingertip to dispense wire through the stainless-steel guide tube — or reverse the rollers to retract it. Because the wire is never held directly in your hand, the risk of accidental finger burns is greatly reduced.

The stainless-steel guide tube supports the wire as close as 2mm from the weld, giving the laser operator precise control over wire placement without needing to reposition hands or the work piece. This eliminates time lost to repositioning and refocusing during the welding process.

Speedwire is color-coded by metal type and clearly labeled with wire gauge and metal quality. The annealed coil stays clean and tangle-free inside the dispenser, and the transparent compartment lets you monitor remaining wire at a glance. Each dispenser and refill contains 10 feet of laserwire. Because laser welding uses the parent metal as the filler, Speedwire laserwire is karat material — not solder. The results are seamless joins that wear and tarnish at the same rate as the rest of the piece.
