The Technique Twist Drill Adaptor Chuck is designed to hold standard HSS twist drills that have a consistent diameter from tip to shank — no taper, no flange. This medium-size chuck accepts twist drills up to 1.70 mm (equivalent to Twist Drill #70–#50), making it well suited for a wide range of precision drilling tasks at the bench.

Comes complete with 3 collets and mounts on a standard 3/32" shank, compatible with most flex shaft handpieces and similar rotary tools used in jewelry and metalsmithing work.

Also available from Technique: a Small Adaptor Chuck for finer drill sizes and a Large Adaptor Chuck for heavier work.
