The Glardon-Vallorbe SWISS jewelers saw blade are the first entirely new Swiss Made jewelers saw blade to be produced in many a year. Made in house on state-of the-art equipment by Usine Metallurgigues de Vallorbe (UMV), the world's leading file manufacturer, who markets as Glardon-Vallorbe and Vallorbe Swiss worldwide, these new jewelers saw blades have been painstakingly developed to meet and exceed the highest standards for premium jewelers saw blades.

Unfortunately, the factory has stopped producing these Swiss Made saw blades.  We have purchased the remaining stock of these quality jewelers sawblades.  As we sell out, these blades will be no longer available.

The new Glardon SWISS saw blades will cut all jewelry metals with ease and precision. Straight cuts are effortlessly performed as these sawblades track true and cut easily with minimal effort.

For best results, always use jewelers saw blades with a cutting lubricant like Otto Frei Stay Sharp or beeswax.

In depth studies on the tooth geometry ensures these saw blades offer excellent cutting efficiency. No matter the pressure exerted, the saw blade will cut true guaranteeing a clean cut. The blade smoothly and precisely follows all lines, even the most complex. Thanks to controlled heat treatment, Vallorbe Swiss jewelers saw blades offer a great balance between breakage resistance and wear resistance. 

Jewelers Saw Blades are 130 mm (5.125") long and are used in jeweler's saws and fretsaws. They will not fit coping saws. 








When choosing the correct saw blade, a good rule of thumb is to have at least 3 teeth cutting at one time.
