Why? Shopify, which powers OttoFrei.com, retired traditional passwords in 2025. Instead of a password, we send a temporary code to your email each time you sign in. This is more secure and means you have one fewer password to remember.
How to use the code:
- Find the email from Otto Frei (subject line mentions "verification code" or "sign in").
- Go back to the page where you entered your email.
- Type the 6 digits in the code field.
- You're signed in.
Common problems:
- "I can't find the email." Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. It arrives within a minute or two.
- "The code says 'incomplete' or 'invalid.'" Codes expire after about 10 minutes. Request a new one and try again.
