AGILO SHARP-F 5031.XF Extra-Fine 7/8" Square Edge Diamond Wheel

The AGILO SHARP-XF wheel is used for high gloss polishing of carbon-steel, HSS and carbine tools, drills and gravers. It is the 3rd step in a 3-step process of shaping and polishing these tools and is indispensable for use on carbine tools. 

 

For grinding and shaping use the AGILO 5010 rigid diamond sintered wheel as the first step, second step, use the AGILO SHARP-M for light shaping and pre-polishing. The third step is to use the AGILO SHARP-XF wheel for a high gloss finish. Both the AGILO SHARP-M & AGILO SHARP-XF wheels have a brass rigid backing disc that keeps these wheels stable while in use. AGILO SHARP wheels are long lasting and allow quick and easy shaping and polishing of carbine tools that previously would require the use of expensive diamond power hones.

Always wear a mask when grinding stones and metal using this tool. Performs best at speeds between 3,000 and 7,000 RPM.
