Experienced mold-makers know that this compound’s superior qualities can save them substantially on labor costs when used for difficult molds containing undercuts, where a stiffer mold would break delicate wax patterns or would make their production impossible altogether.

• Vulcanize at 310 degrees F for 15 minutes per 1/4" of mold frame thickness.
• Rubber is 1/8" thick
• Strips are 2-7/8" wide by 18" in length
• Ready Cut (Pre-cuts) are cut to fit the popular size mold frames used in the industry and have rounded edges .  The size of the Ready Cut are 1-7/8" by 2-7/8"
