Esta herramienta se basa en nuestra Engravers Pegclamp, pero en lugar de ser manual, esta herramienta tiene una base de acero para uso de sobremesa. La base antideslizante ayudará a mantener el soporte en su lugar. Actúa como una tercera mano de trabajo para brindarle acceso fácil de mover a los anillos y otros elementos que se pueden mantener en su lugar con las cuatro clavijas incluidas. La apertura máxima de la mordaza es de 3/4". Las mordazas redondas de 2" de diámetro se abren y cierran sobre guías gemelas por medio de un tornillo de mariposa roscado.

Base is useless.

This little pegclamp is great because it is inexpensive compared to the other options. The pegclamp itself works fine and allows many option for holding your work. The problem is with the base, it is pretty much useless. The concept of the design allowing for the user to position the pegclamp in various ways is great except that it does not hold steady AT ALL. No matter how hard you screw it down, it moves. I ended up taking off the pegclamp and putting it in a vice, which works great. It would be nice if the design also offered a way to lock the clamp into position. But, for the price I can't complain too much.
