Jayne Redman Rotational WorkRing Base and WorkRing

The Jayne Redman Rotational WorkRing Base and WorkRing is a bench-mounted workholding system designed to securely support metal, wood, plastic, and other materials during sawing, carving, texturing, engraving, stone setting, and related metalsmithing techniques. The rotating WorkRing lets the work move smoothly beneath your hands, helping you maintain control through detailed cuts and intricate bench work.

Compatibility

The WorkRing System is compatible with dovetail attachment systems such as GRS. It can also be used with the Jayne Redman Dovetail Adaptor using the included spacer and socket head screw, or with the Jayne Redman Dovetail Mounting Plate by attaching the WorkRing Base directly to the plate. The Dovetail Adaptor and Dovetail Mounting Plate are not included.

Notes

Slide material beneath the thumb screws or Phillips head screws and tighten by hand or with the included Phillips head screwdriver. The rotating work surface is particularly useful when sawing blanking dies, also known as pancake dies. Jayne's Slider Clamps can be used with the system to hold material in a wider range of sizes, shapes, and thicknesses; Slider Clamps are not included.
