Las ruedas Mizzy Heatless son ruedas duras de bordes cuadrados que se utilizan para desbarbar y acabar. La construcción suelta y gruesa hace que el proceso de molienda sea más fresco. Adecuado para materiales como plástico y metal. Se puede utilizar para producir un acabado mate. Con agujero de alfiler para montaje en mandril. Las ruedas se pueden rectificar con una lima. The only thing for cutting thermoplastics

Before I ran across these the only way I had to cut acrylic and other plastics was a reciprocating saw with a hollow ground blade running very slowly. It works, but is is inflexible and fairly slow. Since learning about these Mizzy "heatless" wheels I have used them extensively for both cutting and shaping. For example I have used them to make an opening in a sealed instrument case, to cut and repair an automobile brake-light lens, etc. They really do open up a range of formerly impossible tasks. I wish someone would offer them as assortments.
