Product Details

Top quality, very well made titanium solder pick with RED shaded brass ferrule and wood handle. Used for positioning solder while soldering. Titanium is recommended for use with gold and silver alloys as it has a melting point of slightly over 3000 F. Gold and silver won't stick to titanium. Tip comes to a very sharp point. 

 

Also available in a tungsten carbide version for working with platinum, see part number 154.766.
