Bâtonnets Thermo-Loc GRS

GRS Thermo-Loc is a reusable polymer holding material designed for jewelers, engravers, and stone setters who need a secure, adaptable grip on irregularly shaped or fragile workpieces. Rigid at room temperature, Thermo-Loc becomes pliable when heated — simply warm it in hot water, a microwave, or with a hot air gun until soft, then press and fold it around the item to hold it firmly in place. As it cools, it returns to its rigid state, locking the piece securely for work.

Ideal for holding rings, bracelets, pendants, and virtually any other item that resists conventional clamping, Thermo-Loc conforms to complex contours without damaging delicate surfaces. The material is supplied in convenient 6" (150 mm) sticks and is a medium gray color, specifically chosen to reduce eye strain under bench and work lights.

Thermo-Loc is non-toxic, biodegradable, and fully reusable — simply reheat to release and reshape for the next application. Available in three package sizes to suit individual bench use or studio-volume needs.
