  • Secure Storage: Submitted certificates are securely stored and accessible for audit and compliance reviews.

Instructions:

  • Submit your exemption certificate using the Vertex EC Wizard before placing your order.
  • Tax on your order will be adjusted if the certificate is processed before billing.
  • Most certificates are processed the same day, but processing may take up to one business day.
  • If your invoice includes tax after submission, please contact the Otto Frei to request a credit.
