Regrettably, due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to offer returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we're here to help resolve the issue promptly.
How to address defective or damaged items:
If you encounter a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us immediately for assistance. Contact us via email at [email protected], and our team will guide you through the resolution process. Please include your order number and photos before shipping anything back.
Return labels and costs. We cannot issue return labels for international orders. In every case, return transport, export paperwork, brokerage, duties, fees, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and a returned package that arrives with charges due will be refused.
Closeout items. Closeout items are sold as is under the Closeout Sales Policy, which applies instead of the defect terms above. Every closeout item is inspected and confirmed working before it ships, so wear, blemishes, and condition quirks on a closeout are not defects.
We understand the importance of ensuring your satisfaction with our products, and we are dedicated to providing support in resolving any issues that may arise. Feel free to contact us for further assistance or clarification.
