The Baldor 353T is a 1/4 HP 2-speed polishing motor built for professional jewelers and metalsmiths who demand reliable, long-lasting performance. Designed for many years of continuous, trouble-free use, this heavy-duty motor features a dynamically balanced rotor and shaft for vibration-free, remarkably quiet operation. Sealed ball bearings are lubricated for life and will not be affected by dust and debris. Made in the USA and backed by a full 3-year warranty, the 353T is a serious investment in your bench setup.

This model features taper fit shafts. Baldor taper fit shafts accept special taper fit spindles that slide onto the shaft and are tapped at the spindle end for a secure friction fit. Spindles are removed using the spindle-removing rings — as the screw-fit rings rotate, they push the friction-fit spindles off the shaft. Taper fit spindles are sold separately.
