Fits my Lucas

This fit nicely in my Lucas long-arm centrifugal casting machine. Very happy with the quality and size.

THE BEST C!

I've been a jeweler for over 47 years and I haven't found any crucible better than these! They're very durable and with using the right amount of boric acid with the metal, VERY RELIABLE in moving the metal to the flask. I highly recommend these!

hi, you just sent me the hi temperature wesgo crucible for casting platinum but unfortunatly is not fitting on my buffalo machine.
However, this unbranded crucible #122.451A is fitting perfectly on the machine and when I look at the refractory mixture, in my opinion it looks like suitable to resist at high temperature casting like platinum.
I would like a confirm from you about it if possible.
Thank you

Don't do it. We don't recommend it. Better to alter your crucible carriage to fit the platinum rated crucible. Platinum melts at such a higher temperature that it can break thru regular type refractory crucibles with disastrous results. Also using a regular spin caster that rotates horizontally is another dangerous issue when casting platinum. Combine the rotation of the casting machine with the possibility of a crucible failure and you have a high temperature platinum bomb instantaneously burning thru the sheet metal tub (if you have one, and you should) right at you.
