Keiba Sprue Cutters deliver professional-grade cutting performance through compound leverage construction at an accessible price point. The induction-hardened, high-grade steel jaw handles soft copper wire up to 3.2 mm in diameter and hard wire up to 2.9 mm in diameter. These cutting limits apply when cutting at the deepest point of the V-slot — not at the tips.

Manufactured by Maruto Hasegawa Kosakufo Inc., makers of the KEIBA brand, these cutters are built from Marutolloy — a proprietary alloy sourced exclusively from Kobe Steel, Ltd. This material is engineered to be extremely tough without becoming brittle, resulting in a tool that holds up under demanding bench work. Made in Japan.
