Poliluster Sticks - 4.0mm Kit

Poliluster Sticks are thin ceramic flat sticks made in Japan, designed for finishing and polishing hard-to-reach areas in jewelry and metalsmithing work. Also referred to as ceramic fiber files, these color-coded sticks are only 0.5 mm thick, allowing them to reach into tight corners and confined spaces quickly and effectively. This kit contains the 4.0 mm wide size, with all sticks measuring 50 mm long by 0.5 mm thick.

Use Poliluster sticks by hand with the included stick holder, or in combination with the Badeco 8LC100 Micro polishing and micro filing handpiece or the Badeco 4LC100 Micro polishing and micro filing micromotor handpiece. For custom shapes, Poliluster sticks can be cut and shaped using a diamond disk, expanding their versatility for specialized finishing tasks.

This kit covers the full grit range from 120 through 1200, with each grit assigned a distinct color for easy identification at the bench. Poliluster sticks are also available individually and in kits for the 2.0 mm and 6.0 mm widths. Hand stick holders are sold separately as well.

Notes

The included hand stick holder is adjustable and can hold smaller pieces of broken or trimmed sticks. Poliluster sticks are also available individually by grit, and kits are available in 2.0 mm and 6.0 mm widths. Additional stick holders are available separately.
