The Quatro F229 is the replacement charcoal odor filter for the Quatro Gold Vault fume extractor, models GV117 and GV227, capturing odors and soldering fumes generated during everyday bench work. It is the same charcoal filter that ships as standard equipment on all GV117 and GV227 units, so the machine is restored to factory performance.

Activated charcoal becomes saturated over time, which reduces its ability to capture fumes and odors effectively. Keeping a replacement on hand keeps the workspace clean and the extractor working as intended.
