Designed for jewelers and metalsmiths working with bezel and prong settings, this tool accepts setting tubes used to close bezels and set prongs — or shop-fabricated tubes of your own making. Seven interchangeable collets span a range from 1/32" to 1/4" (0.8 mm – 6.4 mm), giving you precise holding capacity across a wide variety of tube diameters. The tool doubles as a set of pin vises, making it a versatile addition to any stonesetting or engraving bench setup. The smoothly turned wood handle measures 4-1/2" in length; with a collet installed, the complete unit measures 6-1/2" overall.
