Quick Order: Type the Part Number, Skip the Browsing

If you already know what you need, you should not have to click through the catalog to get it. That is the whole idea behind Quick Order, a new page on OttoFrei.com built for the way working shops actually reorder: a list of part numbers, quantities next to them, done.

You will find it in the top bar of every page, or directly at https://www.ottofrei.com/pages/quick-order.

How it works

1. Start with a part number, or a name

Type into the first row. Suggestions appear as you type, with the part number and the full product description, so 147.777 finds the 750 burnishing compound before you finish the line. Do not remember the number? Type the name instead and pick from the list.

2. Products with options ask, once

If a part number covers more than one version, like a torch kit sold for disposable or refillable tanks, the row shows the options and you pick. No wrong-variant surprises in the box that arrives.

3. Every line shows you what matters

Photo, part number, description, live stock, unit price, quantity, and the line total. If a quantity crosses one of our volume discount tiers, the discount applies right there on the line and says so. No mental math, no waiting until checkout to find out.

4. Keep going down the list

A new row opens automatically as you go, so a 20-line order is just typing. The flow is keyboard-first, which helps when you are working straight off a written list or last month's invoice.

5. Review once, add once

Add a note for our crew if there is anything we should know, check the total, and Add All to Cart puts the whole list in your cart at once. The button shows the item count and dollar total before you commit. Taxes and shipping calculate at checkout as usual. One thing to know: coupon codes are entered at checkout and do not stack with volume pricing.

Save the list, reorder forever

Here is the part the weekly-reorder crowd will care about most: Save List. Log in, save your working list, and next month the whole thing is two clicks from being in your cart again. Keep one list for polishing consumables, one for findings, one per bench. Lists are lists, not orders, so nothing ships until you say so. Use Start a New List whenever you want a clean pad.
