The same chip rides along in search results, so a product you find by part number tells you it qualifies before you ever open it.
On product pages, as a full tier table
The product page shows the whole ladder up front: every quantity break, the per-unit price at that break, and what you save on each. Your current tier is marked, and a prompt underneath tells you exactly how many more units unlock the next one. Nothing is hidden behind a tooltip, and quantities already sitting in your cart count toward the tier shown here, so the number on the page is the number you will actually pay.
In your cart, on each eligible line
Each qualifying cart line shows its program and where you stand: what you save per unit at the tier you have reached, or what the next break is worth if you are still short of it. If a line sits one or two units under a break, the pill says so while you can still do something about it, rather than after checkout.
The same line carries the practical notes next to the discount: what the item weighs, whether it ships hazardous or oversized, and how the cart is tracking toward free shipping in the lower 48, which needs an order over $250 and under 10 lbs. Discounts and shipping are the two things most likely to change a bulk order, so they sit side by side rather than a page apart.
