Recommended Workflow

1. Initial grinding (sold separately): Use the AGILO 5010 DIASTONE rigid diamond sintered wheel for stock removal and shaping.
2. Refine & pre-polish: Move to SHARP-M, then SHARP-F as needed to develop a uniform, fine surface.
3. Final polish: Finish with SHARP-XF for a high-gloss cutting edge.

• Use light, steady contact; let the diamond do the work.
• Progress through grits only as needed—some jobs may not require all three wheels.
• Maintain consistent approach angles for repeatable edges on gravers.

Safety

• Always wear a mask/respirator when grinding metals or stones.
• Operate between 3,000–7,000 rpm and secure the workpiece to avoid chatter.
