Closeout products are inspected by Otto Frei and confirmed working, but they cannot be sold as new. Treat them as used: expect blemishes, signs of use, and open box packaging that may be worn or missing.
All closeout sales are as is. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You pay the return shipping, and refunds do not include the original shipping or any duties, fees, or taxes from the purchase.

International closeout orders. We do not provide return labels for international orders and we do not pay any part of an international return: transport, export paperwork, brokerage, duties, fees, and taxes are all the buyer's responsibility. A returned package that arrives with charges due will be refused, and no refund or credit can be issued for a refused package. Refunds or credits are issued only after the item arrives back and passes inspection in the stated condition.
